Eddy Current Separator Combined with Magnetic Drum and Stainless Steel Separator
Eddy Current Separator is designed to sort out non-ferrous metal from other mixed material stream, but Stainless Steel is always a problem for non-ferrous metal recycling process. There is no doubt that stainless steel is non-ferrous metal, but it have very weak reaction to the eddy current separator caused by the very low value of Electrical Conductivity / Density compare to Aluminum or Copper.
So can we remove all the ferrous metal and stainless steel before material goes into eddy current separation zone to get clean material without metals? The answer is positive.
With the Eddy Current Separator Combined with Magnetic Drum and Stainless Steel Separator design by Qijin Magnet Co Ltd, we can remove ferrous metal via magnetic drum and stainless steel via stainless steel Separator.
